SMIIC 1:2019 General Requirements for Halal Food

SMIIC 1: 2019 is a guide that determines the rules to be followed for halal food production according to the standard of SMIIC (The Standard and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries). The quality of packaged products produced within the scope of this document, product health, cleaning conditions during production and supply, production, cutting, preparation and packaging of products according to halal rules are checked for compliance with the determined standards.
