Cathodic Protection Controls
Cathodic protection is a protection method used to prevent metal surfaces and pipes from deteriorating and corrosion over time. Although the cathodic protection method is widely used, the protection feature decreases over time. Therefore, places where cathodic protection is used should be checked periodically. With the controls, it is ensured that the protection continues for a long time without losing its effect over time and possible risks are prevented. Any problem identified during the check can be eliminated by corrective actions.
Engineers within IQNORM perform measurements within the scope of cathodic protection measurements in accordance with different facility types and requirements of the facilities.
- We use TS EN 12817, TS EN 12819 standards in the types of facilities we serve.
